Documentary Project

In the 2nd semester of Year 2, we were tasked a documentary surrounding sustainability. Along with my team of 6 other people, we did a documentary about circular fashion, where we featured different people and companies who practices this concept. I was the assistant director for this project, which I researched and contacted the many case studies, planning good schedules and callsheets for the crew, ensuring that everyone's timing and schedule could align nicely. I also took the lead on set, making sure everything goes smoothly and every shot, moment and story could be captured in our documentary.

This was one of the rather more 'fun' projects that I have done, as apart from all the story based short films that we have been doing, we get to listen to the stories of others this time. In this time of working on this project, I used what I learnt from my previous 2 short film projects, and improved on myself, my work and skills. And I because of that, I do think that I did a better job and felt that the end product of this documentary, was what we all were very satisfied and proud of.
